Digital Marketeer
Working with the Webmaster and Sales team to increase market awareness and quality enquiry generation through a range of activities.

These activities include promoting the business by enhancing website content to make it more engaging and compelling, and thereby to improve page ranking, and through social media channels.

Monitoring and reporting on the ROI and penetration of marketing and web activity.

Implementation & Support Technician
Supporting customer by responding to usage and technical enquiries and providing system training.

Processing and dispatching customer orders including the accurate completion of the company stock records.

Receipting, testing and recording deliveries received from suppliers.

Assistant Webmaster & Graphic Designer
Working with and learning from the Webmaster to create modern, compelling webpages, and to maintain all aspects of the company’s external and internal websites including performance, optimisation and security.

Providing original infographic, imagery, iconography and animation capability for the websites, social media and other online activity, outbound campaigns and brochure design.

Developing and updating brand guidelines and designing, recording and editing sales and technical videos.

Business Analyst
Analysing business operations, systems and processes to evaluate their effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance business performance and ROI.

Making recommendations to the Financial Controller and Operations Director that will improve business performance and ROI.

Working with the teams across the business to implement agreed changes.

Financial Controller
Leading the operational finance, accounting and contractual areas of the business. Managing a small team ensuring appropriate training and development is undertaken.
Preparation and review of internal process documentation for the Finance & Admin team and systems used.
Providing accounting and contractual support to other teams within Operations.
Other tasks as required to support the business and its growth.
