Using EAC, it's really easy to track employees who are no-shows, as well as keeping a watchful eye on overtime, sickness and staff holidays. It also has flexible shift and rota planning - all of these features are important - and necessary - to the smooth running of our busy hotel business. Checking hours worked and the timesheet approvals method means that we can confidently use the data to populate our payroll, knowing that our employees will be paid correctly.
